At Florida Avenue Brewing Company we're more than just a brewery. Our flagship location in Wesley Chapel, just 20 minutes north of downtown Tampa, is a true destination brewery experience, featuring a full-service restaurant, a large covered patio and outdoor bar, a sprawling beer garden and a state-of-the-art production facility where we host brewery tours.
Towards the back of the facility are 3 unique event spaces to host your next private gathering. We have Brewers Hall, The Cellar Room and the back section of the Beer Garden available bookings 7 days a week. Whether you're planning your next team meeting or a wedding celebration, we have endless options to choose from to make your event a success!
For smaller, casual events, we also host private parties at our Tampa location in Seminole Heights. We reserve our outdoor patio for groups of 30 or less and have open bar and drink ticket options available for all kinds of gatherings! Wesley Chapel
Brewers Hall
Brewers Hall is situated on the west end of the facility, adjacent to the Beer Garden. This private space features a custom bar with six draft lines, audio and visual equipment including a projector and projection screen, private entrance, and private restrooms. Brewers Hall is 2,200 square feet and is available for events seven days a week and has a maximum capacity of 80 guests seated and up to 120 cocktail. Wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, professional conferences, family reunions, retirement parties, bridal and baby showers, team building events, and more are all welcome!
Beer Garden
The back half of our Beer Garden can accommodate a diverse range of functions including team bonding activities, birthday parties, and more! This unique space features, lounge seating, Hydrochill Astro Turf, cooling fans, and LED string lights. Your guests will have direct access to private restrooms and convenient parking. Best for cocktail events, with passed hors d’oeuvres and open bar.
The Cellar Room
This quiet space is perfect for hosting business meetings, small conferences, presentations, and intimate celebrations. The Cellar Room rental includes audio and visual equipment including a projector, a private entrance, and private restrooms. This space is approximately 1,100 square feet and has a maximum capacity of 30 guests.

The covered outdoor patio space is perfect for hosting happy hours, birthday celebrations, baby showers, team building events, and more are all welcome! This contemporary-style space features high powered fans, rope lights, patio tables, ambient music, and a beautiful view. The covered outdoor patio space is approximately 800 square feet and has a maximum capacity of 30 guests.
