Brisket dry rubbed and smoked over oak wood for 14 hours, served with guava BBQ sauce / mac n’ cheese with burnt ends, gruyere and cheddar cheese, burnt ends / sweet and spicy collard greens, ham hock, brown sugar / smoked baked beans,bell peppers, brown sugar, and mustard
Bloody Marty – Michelada
Our bartenders will be mixing up a special michelada for Father’s Day. This refreshing drink is made with beer, lime juice, tomato juice, and spices.
Beer Release – Big Dad Energy
We’ll be releasing a special Father’s Day beer, Big Dad Energy, Helles Lager, 5.4% ABV crafted just for this occasion.
